Public Information Request

The City of Blossom provides the following ways for you to submit your public information request.

Hand Delivery or Mail

You may hand deliver your request to City Hall or mail it to City Hall at PO Box 297 Blossom, Texas 75416. 

Please note that for a public information request to be valid, it must be submitted in writing to the City.
