eBilling Now Available!

The City is happy to announce that we now have eBilling available as an option for paying your water bill. Go to our website https://blossomtexas.gov/ and select Payment Options on the main page, then select View/Pay eBills. If you have not registered for an eCommerce account, you may do so on this page, then follow the prompts. If you have registered, you will simply sign in. Then you will be able to view and pay your bill. We hope that this will facilitate in expediting the payment process for our customers with less intervention required.
This should also alleviate the problem we have had with postal delivery of the paper bills in a timely manner, as you can see your bill total there on the first of the month, even if you choose to use another form of payment. Currently you will only see your total amount due. After this month you will be able to view your actual bill once it has been posted, usually around the end of the month. In other words, you will be able to view your December bill online around the end of November.
